Recipe – Mascarpone Cheesecake

Simple but deliciously tasty dessert

Ingredients

400gr of mascarpone cheese

Zest and juice of one lemon

150gr of caster sugar

Selection of seasonal berries

Directions

  • Beat the cheese, lemon juice and caster sugar until creamy
  • Use digestive biscuits crushed with toasted walnuts as the base in a clear glass
  • Pipe in the mascarpone mixture
  • Garnish with raspberries or berries of choice
